Cons. It was hard to find the entrance
Pros. Location is good, very close to Kyoto station.
Cons. The staff is not willing to help you. We wanted to make a reservation at a restaurant and the staff was not willing to call the restaurant on our behalf. The first room was tiny, you couldn't even move. We had to upgrade and we got just a little more space. Very claustrophobic. Mold in the tiny bathroom.
