Pros. Well where to start it's a cozy down-to-earth warm friendly inviting place the staff is dedicated to their job they're intelligent and they're helpful and they're down to earth and understand quite often that people are only human and they treat you like your number one
Cons. There was no elevator unfortunately and I do wish the pool was there
