Pros. Building is modern, staff is helpful, room is the most comfortable with beautiful view of part of the ocean.
Cons. Beach did not rent out surf boards which is a missed opportunity because the beach at the resort had perfect waves to surf on.
Pros. Everyone was so friendly. The maid staff was especially welcoming and friendly. Beds were super comfortable.

Cons. First of all, I waited for a long time before somebody answered the phone, 15 minutes, to be exact! I called the hotel a couple of days prior to my arrival to check if they have shuttle service to/from the hotel and I was advised that they do not have shuttle service at all. I can’t believe a 5-Stat hotel don’t have shuttle service for their guests & that they don’t have a live person answering the phone right away. Furthermore, the person I spoke with was not friendly nor helpful at all! And because I was already not getting any good service over the phone, I decided to cancel my reservation!!!
