Pros. Cocobay Resort(Adult Only All Inclusive with just 65 Private Cottages) offers a phenomenal atmosphere with an extremely professional staff led by a resort manager who understands the service business in O'Neal Richards(The Man). My wife and I are frequent travelers mainly to Europe however with the freezing temps in NYC we wanted some fun in the sun so after much searching we came across Cocobay Resort. From the 1st email(Kemlin) I could tell this place was going to be great and that was proven as soon as we arrived in our 33 minute taxi ride from the airport (Brand New). ONeal and his staff immediately upgraded us as it was my wife's birthday, Nasasha gaves us the lay of the land then Kevin (Bell Hop) showed us to our cottage(27) with an amazing view. We were greeted everyday by all resort employees and ONeal himself went around to every table during lunch to ask how we were doing which creates a level of service we have yet to experience. During our stay we were given a comp massage on the resort and on our last day they upgraded us again to premier cottage with a plunge pool along with a bottle of bubbly so we can enjoy our last day/evening in their best cottage. ONeal and staff truly went about and beyond to make this a special week for my wifes birthday but also I honestly believe that Cocobay Resort staff cares about making sure you are really enjoying yourself. Special shout out and thanks to: Rob (Snoop), Craig, Kerry, Jermaine, Sonia, Sherrod, Danielle, Chantelle, Nasasha, Antionette, Cecily & Oriel as you all made this a great week! Again, a huge THANK YOU to ONeal as he makes that place go and he made our week amaxing!

We received 1 bottle per person each day, so we tried getting more at meals, but that was sometimes difficult. Most of the staff were friendly and great but just a few of them almost acted like they hated their jobs. The locals soliciting at the beach got tiring.
