Pros. Looks like a great hotel.
Cons. Not sure what went wrong, but between Kayak, Getaroom (the actual agency) and Four Seasons, I apparently got a non refundable / non changeable stay. Due to my travel companions postponing the trip, I had to postpone as well. Couldn't get a refund / change, despite several phone calls and emails. I ate the cost of almost $1000. Which is fair because the terms said so when I went back to read the long fine print. But I will never book a hotel stay this way again. There are better and more accommodating options out there on the vast travel booking space.
