Pros. The staff is wonderfull! Very friendly and helpful. For sure I will be back to the very same hotel whenever I need to go to that location.
Cons. Parking around is not easy but the hotel's staff did a great job on supporting me on that task.
Pros. I came late since I did the reservation 20 min before.. the staff member were really friendly and nice. Especially the day I checked out. I also loved the bed, it was so confortable

Cons. Sevice was horrible. Waited 1 1/2 hour for some one to come to the front desk. No one ever showed up. Had to go somewhere else. They refused to refund your money. Parking is a nightmare. You have to pay for parking in a lot not owned by hotel, or someone will put a boot on your car. Last option park on the street The phone number listed on the email is wrong. It goes to a fax. So no one answered. Beware cross all t's and dot all i's before you give any money or you just might end up S.O.L. like me in this situation
Pros. The price point was good. Bruce and Tina who manage the place are very nice. It is close to the beach. It was ok. I would stay again if it was a good price and I planned on going to the beach.
Cons. There was construction next door. The address no longer exists. (Because of the construction) the motel is older like many of the others in the area. However, where most older replaced a lot of items, this property seemed to patchwork what they could and only replace If necessary. Bed was not uncomfortable. The room was not bad. I hope I'm being clear.
