They overcharged me more than the rental agreement on pickup. And then charged me an exorbitant amount (550 USD) at the end of the trip for half a tank of gas and a couple kilometres on a roll route.

Ling wait time to pick up a car. >60 mins. No seating in waiting area because it was overcrowded. I really wonder what the whole Presidents Circle experience is about. I’ve never experience it.

Everything was great, it’s just a shame that rental cars have become so exorbitantly expensive. The check-in and return process was seamless, the Hertz employees were friendly and competent, and my Jeep was great.

The customer service by phone was not helpful and, in fact, frustrating. It was like dealing with a robot. However, the on the ground agents in Albuquerque were very helpful and friendly.

Our experience with hertz was excellent. We landed in Gatwick and walked to Hertz from the airport which was not very far. The car was ready and we had an upgrade to an automatic and I think the car was a bit bigger too. So all in all we are very happy with our experience. The car was very economical it was a Toyota four door CR hybrid. Thank you kayak for organising this, can’t fault anything. Drop-off was very smooth, we arrived half an hour before we had to drop it off someone was there immediately to assess it and we were told there was zero problems so no extra charges. Wonderful service all in all.

Better email communication/explanation about the $200 charge or hold put on my card at the time I picked it up. I am assuming it was a hold, but I don't know as nothing was explained.
