I won't use Hertz again unless it's my only option. Unknown charges, charged upgrade $15.00 per day because I was late picking it up and it was already paid for in full. $90.00 extra driver fee The maintenance obviously isn't a priority, we weren't even 20 miles away from picking it up and the change oil light came on. We drove a 1000 miles on it. Then the tire light signal let me know, I had 34 pounds of pressure in three tires, with the front passenger at 38.
It would have been nice to have the drivers' manual in the car. Otherwise everything was fine.
Tons of hidden fees and then they hide behind booking through a third party to avoid accountability. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had truly. Also I was straight up lied to by the agent and told I had paid in full only to find I out I owed another thousand dollars upon returning the vehicle. Truly devastating experience
I ordered 4 suitcases car I got 2 suitcases car and thy offer me to upgrade for the car I asked and pay for. In the end of the day I paid $836 more than I expected.. very bad experience.

Our car was ready as we had booked several weeks ahead of time. We did have to wait a long time as there were 2 employees working the front and checking cars in the lot. There was a wait list for same day pick up. And as they were backed up and it’s first come first service. We had to wait through 45 min of everyone who hadn’t booked ahead. Staff was patient and friendly. Drop off was super easy just drive up and left the keys inside. There was someone inspecting upon arrival. Thing else to do. Unlimited miles was a wonderful feature as we drove a lot. The car was perfect for what we needed good handling 4x4 for off road terrain food ac and spacious.
Easy, quick, and helpful front desk!
Good experience overall. Pick up was long - first car had a flat so I needed to go back and change for a new one - total process took 90min
Didn't have a vehicle for me at pickup. Offered no help or solution.
