They charge me more than what they mention as first they ask 200 deposit and give it back when drope off and they just return back to me 150 thats disgusting

Terrible at car pick up. The online price was not honored $119.56 at the pickup counter of Hertz. The Associate said I was supposed to use the app to secure that price, and he could no longer off it to me. I was livid. But also needed to get to my destination on time. I was charged $130.02 instead. This is not how you maintain a loyal customer base or good experience feedback. I thought Hertz was giving me a great deal on your plat form, but I was misled. I

the car was not available, and the person behind the counter left to get chipotle after telling us the car was not available. could not ask any follow up or anything as he just left.

Disappointing waited 2 hrs for a reserved car, then it was too small, change to bigger cat full of cocorache Then change again to a dirty card. After delivery I was amaced the bill I received. I will report to credit card

Perfect in every way.

They wanted to make us take an electric car unless we paid more money even though another person there took the electric car so they charged us more money to take a car. That was the only one available. The car was empty no gas. And smelled like marijuana.

I drove an hour to go pick up the car. Not only today not have a car in my class. They didn’t have any cars at all. I ended up spending another two hours looking for a car available at the last minute and all other hertz try to charge me double but I found one with enterprise.

Car hard to find on dirt lot. Car unwashed and covered with thick dust. Long line to get car. I rented a manual and got an EV- hybrid which I had no way to charge.
