Cons:Everyone was wonderful.
Pros:The vehicle was nice to drive
Cons:They didn’t give me the vehicle that I rented. They charged me an extra $100 and kept my $200 deposit and didn’t tell me why. And they didn’t tell me they were going to be closed when it was my drop off time , and they didn’t go over the after hours drop off with me.
The price - I can’t believe how much you can save by not renting at airports!
Cons:Car was not what I selected and it had to be brought over from another Hertz location. Arrived 3 hours after scheduled time.
Cons:Not giving away my reservation without telling me, thus leaving me stranded for a week without a car as all other bookings in the city dried up.

Cons:Let me cancel when I found the problem with this rental. I could have got it 150.00 cheaper
Cons:After arriving to pick up my car, they informed that they can’t offer my reservation because they are out of cars.
Drop off date was Sunday, I came to return the car and the pick-up branch was close, all other branches were also close except for airport branch. I called the costumer service while on site and he told me you can drop it the next day and no extra charges will be added because it is the staff mistake they approved Sunday as a drop off day. When I came today to drop it off, staff told me there is a 24/7 drop-off option. They staff at the branch did not tell me that at the pick up time. It is so much hustle that can be avoided through a better communication. I need my money back for the extra night.
