Poor customer experience. Long wait time despite the line. Rude agent. Empty gas tank in the rental car assigned.

They charged almost $100 more than quoted. The car was not ready. They made me wait and watch a guy add an entire litre of oil. Was 45 minutes to pick up the car. When I saw my credit card bill after the drop off they billed me $10,851.00 CDN for a 7 hour car rental. I have been trying to get someone to help reverse this for 5 days now. This is not a fun vacation for me.
