Did not like the Hertz extra upcharge for my wife as an authorized driver. Enterprise did not charge extra for this on my previous car rental.

When we went to pick up the car at the original booking location , they didn’t have any cars , after spending 2 hours on the phone we had to drive to the airport to pick up the car , wasting 3 hours and paying extra on airport taxes .

my rental through you did not work. i paid through expedia and hertz had no record of my payment and i spent an hour in their office eventually having to get expeida giving me a refund and had to go directly through hertz to pay. it was terrible. this method did not work at all.

Staff was great but the pickup was challenging due to what appeared to be slow, cumbersome systems, requiring re-inputting data after a small error paying on my part .

Person at counter was unclear about getting a transponder. I asked him if only certain lanes required a transponder and he didn't reply. The Jeep got terrible fuel economy and had a small rear cargo space for such a big car. There was insufficient signage to understand where to park the car to return it.

Car was not ready for pickup, despite having a reservation. Waited 90 mins, only to end up with a different car than reserved. They do not keep cars onsite. Missed my brothers wedding rehearsal due to the delay.
