Food good, not great. Could have been cleaner. Grounds gorgeous. Loved dog friendly aspect.
Cons. Hotel needs updating.
Pros. Great clean place, a bit boring but nice place.
Cons. The sushi and steak restaurant was probably the worst meal I’ve ever had, especially when you take into consideration the price. It needs new food providers and chefs. It was all horrible
Pros. Awesome property value and nearby attractions! Highly recommended. Free bikes and numerous pools on site!
Cons. Nothing perfect stat
Pros. I thought all the staff was very helpful.
Cons. The property was run down. They are definitely not a "green" property. We had to run the hot water for close to 5 minutes waiting for it to get hot. The hallways were dirty as was our carpet. The carpet was coming apart where it met the tile. They did not have a second roll of toilet paper on hand so had to use kleenex! The hotel was cold so you couldn't sit in the bar or lobby area without your coat. And the worst thing was that we paid for a "premium" lake view. Our "view" was at the bottom of the hotel on the side next to a stairway and walkway where people kept walking past our room. You could see the beach sand and a few feet of water if you stood by the sliding door. When we asked about changing rooms, we were told the hotel was full and nothing else was available.
Pros. They were super awesome and understanding
Cons. It is a little far off the main area but it also made the stat more relaxing
Pros. I enjoyed staying at Westin Lake Las Vegas. The front desk was accommodating, the hotel is beautiful, the food good, and the pool area clean & well maintained.
Cons. On a walk outside the property, which was outside the control of the hotel, I encountered 3 coyotes!
Pros. The view
Cons. They over booked so they down graded my room.
Pros. The buffet and it's my favorite resort! :) Super happy!
Pros. Location is great, and the area is beautiful
Cons. Things they could control: - Broken elevators (only 1 working for entire wing) - Very expensive for everything Things out of their control - Lake was closed due to storm a couple of days earlier
