The food AND Room Service was excellent, and I have stayed at some other luxurious 5 star resorts, the very best place to stay in Vegas. I have stayed there 7-8 times during mid-week specials.
The food-whether at the restaurants or Room Service is Excellent
24 hour food court, low crowds, great pool area and service, comfy beds, huge rooms and bathrooms
Pros. Great location away from the Strip. Very comfy bed w nice linens. Beautiful and huge pool area. Lots of dining choices.
Cons. The valet left our car unlocked - I received an email from Lexus Remote - called valet to let them know and it was corrected. We were on a cross country road trip with lots of “stuff” in the car so I’m glad I was able to catch it.
Pros. We were seen standing in the check in line and promptly whisked to the VIP area to be checked in. The staff was friendly the pool was amazing as was the pool staff serving drinks. Oh my girlfriend especially loved the bathroom.
Cons. I think it would have been better if we stayed a second night. But on a serious note there were no betters I can really think of. Parking is a bit odd but nothing you guys can do about moving the room towers and 215 garage around.

Cons. salon is very over rated, artist were late making us late to our venue, also re-did my own hair and make up, since they were unable to copy the pictures they told us they could copy when sent in advance.

But when you have a bunch of friends coming to watch football, and you don't have a TV, in either room when you have spent money on a suit and call service three times and got nothing and end up paying even more to host in a bar it was a TERRIBLE STAY. We had room service in our room and all three times they said they ere coming back and never returned. Until nothing happened and we sent another 1,000 plus to host
Pros. It felt like a luxurious resort yet so affordable. We did not have to go anywhere. The kids quest was an awesome place to leave our kids and have alone time. The pool was great! The kids loved it!!

Cons. They advertised an adult pool, but the pool is only open in the summer. The regular pool is very nice, but a lot of children who dominated the hot tub. Great place for kids! They did give us a slight break in price as a result and we're very accommodating and understanding, I just wish we were aware the adult pool was closed.
