Pros. The location of the Onsen was incredible! It's right off of Lake Kawaguchi and it has a perfect view of Mt. Fuji. We got some terrific pictures that friends have said look like postcards. There is a shuttle so don't forget to make the reservation for it- that's the easiest to get there and cpback to the train station. The man who works ther doesn't speak a lot of English, so communicating was a little hard- use sign language. The traditional breakfast was worth the price and very delicious. I would stay there again and recommend it to friends! Best kept secret. This is a traditional Onsen, so you do have a shared shower and toilet, but worth the experience.
