Cons:We waited over 2 hours from when we got dropped off at the Fox Rental pickup location to when we got in our rental car. That is unacceptable on vacation. We were told to get a car from a certain section but there were no cars there so we had to flag someone down so they could get us a different car, there was a bunch of exterior damage that we asked if it was documented so we wouldn’t get charged for it and they said it would be checked on the way out, we were so ready to go we got in. As we waited in the line to get checked out we noticed a ton of garbage still in the car, which means it wasn’t cleaned (not ideal in Covid times) and the gas tank was less than half full. The man checking us out said we could pull the car out of the line and have it filled but we had been waiting so long we just paid for the additional gas. When asked if he documented the damage he said no but asked us if we wanted him to. This is a ridiculous operation and I will never give them any additional business and am upset we had to pay them at all.

Cons:Staff and process once there to pickup was very unorganized. Took way longer than it needed to.
Cons:Billing charged us twice and refused to take off one of the complete charges for $224 because it was a non-refundable reservation. We paid $448 dollars for a car for 3 days. Fox was unwilling to work with us. On hold for hours and spoke with 3 different customer serve reps and billing dept. Also, in Las Vegas you must take 2 shuttles to get to their location. Do not rent through Priceline. Do not rent Fox. We rent cars all the time and this was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had.

Cons:1 1/2 hour wait to get a car. People smoking in line. Car smells of marijuana. Takes two shuttle buses to get between terminal and fox location. Fox defines rental day as a 24 hour period. Their recommended CDW Insurance provider treats a noon till noon rental as two days. Ripoff and deceptive advertising by fox.
