Cons:Staff, customer service, the vehicle, cost, etc.

Cons:Customer service gave us no money back after we were forced to cancel our trip due to the coronavirus outbreak. This is an extreme circumstance that the policy does not cover. We submitted the travel advisory our school gave us after they asked, but to no avail. Will not recommend Fox to any other traveler.
Pros:Staff at pick up did accommodate our specific vehicle request, but not very friendly
Cons:Customer service rep on the phone was VERY RUDE when helping us inquire about extending our rental because our Uncle had fallen during our visit to Florida and subsequently passed away requiring a vehicle for longer duration. The car speaker phone kept cutting out so I switched from hands fee to the phone and gave it to my wife to handle. I the customer service rep REFUSED to speak with her. When she asked for a manager, the rep told her bye and hung up on her. We did not call back as we had already been on hold for over 30 minutes, perhaps 40 just to speak with the rep. Will likely never rent from Fox again.
Cons:We had a reservation and when I made the reservation I stated that pick up was at 12:30 am. We paid for an Uber to take us to the rental station because there were no shuttle buses and when we go there you were closed! I will never rent from FOX again!!!!
Pros:Travel was cancelled due to pandemic, we had prepaid for the rental car so didn't expect much but were given a full refund.
Cons:Communication was poor. After four emails with the support team asking specifically about a refund I still wasn't sure if I was/wasn't going to receive it.
Cons:Horrible pickup experience. I had to take a taxi from the airport to the off-site rental location because the shuttle did not come after waiting half an hour.
Pros:The price.
Cons:It took a very long time to get to the counter. The bus that took us to and from the airport had roaches crawling around the seats, and on the trip back to the airport, during covid, the bus was packed so full we were like sardines in a can.
Pros:Car wasn’t ready, shuttle driver was a little dangerous- just felt like a second rate experience.

Cons:The car was good and as expected. The issue was around being sold a daily toll pass, we were told that we would go through several tolls that would probably be unmanned (never got a straight answer at the counter) and if we hit an unmanned booth with out the package we would have to pay an admin/penalty of $25/instance so we took the package. It turned out all booths were manned and we paid $71.92 to cover 2, $2.75 tolls. When we returned the car there was a long line and not much time but I was able to speak to an manger who said the could make an adjustment But I would have to pay the toll and an admin fee of $15/instance so a total of $35.50. I was concerned about making the flight so I asked if I could call to have the dispute addressed and was told “no, it must be done now”, when I asked why I was just told it has to be done now and the shuttle my wife and children and bags were on couldn’t wait any longer and I could let them go to the airport and take the next shuttle. I let the manager know that she wasn’t leaving much choice to which she replied “you have options” so I left with my family and ate what I feel was a scam charge.
Pros:Nothing - they had no cars so sent us back to the airport.
Cons:Everything. They shouldn't rent cars they don't have and they shouldn't take you on their shuttle to the offsite rental office when they know they have no cars. They should just tell you they have no cars at the airport and/or by text and email.
