Pros. The staff was helpful to the extent that they were able.
Cons. We receive no communications about the changes to our stay. There was no housekeeping. There was no breakfast. There were Limits on the number of people that could be in the pool. All of these things would have been understandable given the Covid situation but could have also resulted in us booking elsewhere, if we had been made aware. I should not as a hotel guest have to go downstairs and retrieve my own towels or take out my own garbage or go shopping for breakfast when I paid for an included breakfast.
