Cons. Did not fill up tissues, body wash. Did not clean bath tub well. Bath sheets have hair. Poor cleaning. Good concierge.
Cons. We reserved two rooms. One of the rooms was really dirty, cleaning rags were in the bathroom, mirrors were foggy, hair in toilet. They changed our room and in the new room it was the same issues. There was food in the mini fridge and the bathroom wasn't clean again. The second room we reserved was also not up to Marriott standards, the bathroom was dirty and there was a big lizard in the room. It was a very bad experience We reserved two rooms.
