Cons. The complimentary breakfast wasn't stocked and tables were not cleaned.
Pros. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room had a small kitchen with a full sized refrigerator, microwave, small stove and dishwasher.
Cons. We had condensation dripping from a vent on the ceiling in the bathroom, just in front of the toilet on the 1st night. The fitted sheet wouldn't stay on the mattress so we'd wake up in the middle of the night because we'd be brushing up against the bare mattress. The bed cover was weird as well. It was almost like a mattress pad and a coverlet that had a small foot wide fold over that the pad fit into. I'd never seen anything like it. The TV had a weird smear across the whole screen which was noticeable and was never cleaned during our 3 night stay. And like another guest noted, the left elevator was slow and it didn't seem like the door close button worked at all since you had to wait a very long time for the door to eventually close. We won't be choosing this hotel again on our next visit to Erie.
Pros. Was able to check-in earlier than 3pm. The room was a nice size. The hot tub was great! The complimentary hot breakfast was very good. Check-out at 12pm was very nice to have. The shutterfly free book coupon was a nice perk too. Full fridge/freezer, stove top, dishwasher & sink was great to have in the room.
Cons. Room was listed as a "queen" suite, but we only had a "double/full" bed, not a queen. The pool water was too cold to be enjoyable. You had to get out right away. The left elevator was very slow. The door close button wouldn't work. It made noises when running - a little bit scary. Back sidewalk was not salted so there was a lot of ice on it. My mom is handicapped and it was very difficult for her to walk on the ice. We tried to help her, but we were afraid of falling ourselves. No ice machine available to guests.
