Pros:Very friendly and helpful staff and clarified that since i was getting back after they closed on Sunday that I could come back late with no penalty

Cons:Have the car clean when it's time for pick up. They looked like sticky juice that was on the door panels and the cup holders.

Cons:Reservation made the previous day around midday. I was called en route to picking it up appx. a half hour before my reservation time to be told that it was canceled due to unavailability. I cannot fathom why you would advertise a reservation for a car that you didn't have available, and then cancel it so close to the pick up time.
Pros:The staff at the drop off and pick up were excellent. Very friendly and helpful.
Cons:When I picked up the car the "Low Tire Pressure" light was on. I figured I would just add air to the tire, when I got to my destination. The next day the tire pressure was down to 16lbs of pressure. I observed a slow leak in the tire. I then drove to the Enterprise office, where they told me they had no other cars to give me. The Enterprise employee (who was very helpful) arranged for a car to be towed from another facility. After sitting in the car and waiting for three hours the car arrived. I don't blame the employee, she was excellent. I can't believe that Enterprise depletes inventory of vehicles, in case something occurs. If this occurred after hours, no vehicle would have been provided until the next day.
Pros:Car was great.
Cons:I was charged an underage fee which was supposed to be waived given the ongoing pandemic. The only reason I choose Enterprise was because their website explicitly stated that the underage fee was being waived until May. When I told them they had overcharged me they had no idea about this fee, they were stunned to see it all over their website. They sent me a corrected receipt. However, when the charge came out of my bank account, it was the original fee, not the correct fee taken. 70$ extra taken from the account. When I emailed about it, they did not respond.
I like how easy it was. I did not like finding about hidden fees.
