The guys at LAX pick up purposely wrote the wrong email, which was a jumble of gibberish letters, so i didn't get my receipt. I found this out the following day when dropping off at Redlands when the intake person showed me the email he had and resent it to me with the correct email.

Good and bad, but they made it right. Initial check in was great, upgraded my car and got me out quick. Issueswith the car occurred on our trip, and after a phone call we realized it wasn’t a deal breaker. Swapped out the car at our first destination. When returning the car in Seville, the staff there made it right, reducing the rental cost due to our inconvenience
