Pros:They enforced an insurance policy payment that no other rental sites in Mexico force renters to pay.

Pros:Drop off was easy
Cons:Pick up took an hour because the vehicle was not ready. But the worst is part is that I was quoted 80-90 dollars on kayak. I except some fees and taxes to be added but after arriving at my destination when I have no choice but to utilize the reservation I made, the total reached around 450 dollars. That is a blatant show of false information and luring and baiting. This is the plan behind “reserve now and pay when you arrive”. A blatant scam that I will report. Thanks
The team was so very helpful and did their best to provide the best car for our family. We highly recommend this staff and company.
Cons:broken windshield washer Pick up very difficult especially with all of the insurance options that COULD HAVE BEEN DISCLOSED PRIOR! Longest car rental pickup I have ever had

Cons:Went to pick up car they didn't have it and gave me something else only to charge more then added $58/day is insurance that I didn't agree too. Also its not enterprise its national and I'm not even sure if thats right either. Worse experience at a car rental steer clear
My flight arrived 15 mins late and when I went to the counter they had already resold my car and was left without a car. I had reached the counter at 1245 with a 12pm appt for pick up. Horrible experience, was with my entire family of 7 and forced us to pay double the price at another agency and waist 3 extra hours of our family vacation
Pros:The car was working fine
Cons:We returned the car an hour after the drop off time and they charged us the equivalent of 5 days worth of rental
Cons:First car would not lock and had a previously patched tire that blew out on us half way on our trip. Replacement car was excellent.
