Pros:Staff were very helpful, informative, enjoyable during this transaction and the pandemic in general.
Cons:Insurance clarity during purchase. I was misinformed and purchased through a third party and then ended up having to purchasing two separate insurances for one car during this rental.

Cons:After booking the car months in advance I received a call about 4 hours before my scheduled pick up time that they don’t have any cars and he wasn’t sure when they would but he’d call me as soon as they did. I ended up calling around town until I found a different car at a different location.

Cons:The staff at the location did not have a car available for me and I was never made aware. I called to see if it would be ready early and that’s when I was informed of the issue. They had to go get one from the airport which resulted in me picking up my car 3 hours late and even then they never assured me it would be there they just kept saying to show at 3 and they would see what they could do

Pros:I did not like anything about the experience
Cons:The office called us 10 minutes before we were supposed to pick our vehicle up and told us that they did not have any vehicle for us. We ultimately had to spend an additional $150 booking at a different company because it was at the last second. They offered no resolution and basically told us that we we’re screwed. We were halfway across the country traveling with an infant, stranded in an airport because of this. Luckily we rebooked with another company, again costing us $150 more than our original price. I will never use or recommend enterprise to anyone ever again.
