Pros:Excellent car and the staff were great.
Cons:I had to walk the length of the airport upon arrival. Later learned there is a bus.
Pros:Everything about my experience at Dollar SJC was awesome, Linda (my customer service representative) in particular was extremely helpful with my requests.
Pros:Liked - Doing pickup paper work was easy i.e. admin was very good. - Drop off was flawless.
Cons:Didn't like - Staff directing you to car and checkout didn't appear to be interested. Person at gate doing summary checkout was arrogant.

Cons:My flight was delayed an hour and when I arrived the Dollar rental place was closed. Customer service was extremely unhelpful ("come back at 6am when we open") so I had to pay more than twice as much to rent from somewhere that was still open.

Cons:The only problem was that they did not honor the insurance policy I purchased via Kayak.
Cons:We had to spend $100 more to get a 4wheel drive because they ran out of cars in my class.
Pros:Car was clean and got great gas mileage.
Cons:Customer service at pick-up and drop off was horrible. Was told that I was going to pay a certain price at pick-up online, but upon arrival to pickup the vehicle I was told that I had to pay over $200 more in extra fees. I was told to call customer service because the representatives at the front desk could not help me with the dispute, but of course, customer service was already closed for the day. Still waiting to get ahold of someone who can help.........
