The express pick up process was confusing and could have been much more smooth. I’ve done the express pick up on an app before and it was easy and clear. But with Dollar at Logan, the app didn’t provide clear instructions on where to go so I ended up standing in a short line. Overall it was a fairly quick but I paid the extra money to skip the counter, which was definitely not worth the extra cost.

You lied on Kayak. Dollar doesn’t rent Ford Transit Vans. Illegal and false advertising which cost us money and time.

It was hard to return it at the airport. There are two Hertz, one on the French side and the other on the Swiss side.

15 customers waited 1 1/2 hours for a car! It was unbelievable. People were furious! Many had meetings and events that they were going to be late for. It is a small poorly run airport and the rental system is pitiful. It would have been better to uber to a rental place away from the airport.

Hidden costs! Daily insurance is an additional $60, which was more than the cost of the rental itself.

I had made a mistake with my credit card agreed if was my fault. I came back the next morning first thing and the man at the desk was rude from the beginning also they didn’t give me the car I paid for and the man at the desk was nice at first but begin to become hostile with me and difficult
