Pros. So much care is taken at this hotel to make your stay feel special. Pick-up from the airport with the chilled face towels and friendly driver was so appreciated. Check-in was so smooth. The décor in the room and around the hotel was incredible, and the grounds with all the greenery just feels so calming. The breakfast buffet out of this world. We loved the attentiveness of the pool staff with complimentary treats throughout the day. The ceviche at Sugarsand was fantastic, and then for sunset you just have to wander 50 metres to a beach bar. Heaven. The biggest differentiator here was the staff and their friendliness. Thanks to them our stay was 110% better than any expectations.
