It was an easy process to check in/out. The welcome staff was wonderful. The facilities staff were good when we were able to find them. The pool desk attendance are hardly at the desk. Bring your own towels for the pool ( never enough towels)!! The water park access from the hotel was all inside which was great. The rooms are spacious and great for families. The restaurant on-site has great staff however, the food was okay (not amazing but bearable). I would return here because the price matches the level of service expected. We had an overall great time and will return!
Pros. Attentive staff, comfortable rooms, easy-to-control temperature, plenty of hot water, great food, helpful reception desk, very clean
Cons. Nothing to dislike!
Pros. Just off the highway and not too far from Salem and the coast.
Cons. Food not very good.
Pros. The water park was the only part that was enjoyable.
Cons. The lack of customer service , staff was very inconsiderate and very hard to get intouch with. They made you feel as if you where a bother.
