Pros. Nothing to now
Cons. Both rooms had plumping issues including hair bubbling up from tub in first room. Asked 3 times for it to be repaired with no result. Moved rooms when the sewage coming up was loud enough to wake me up and they has me switch rooms around midnight with no assistance for bags. Second room also had tub that didn't drain and smelled like smoke!
Pros. Staff was friendly and checking quick.
Cons. Please do not charge your guest almost $13 for parking, I didn’t even park inside. Bad business practice.
Pros. The king size room
Cons. Having continental breakfast :)
Pros. Been here many times. Love the location the price they Kayak was 100.00 more than the additional room I added to our stay
Pros. The room was great! Nice clean sheets, down pillows and overall clean room.
Cons. I didn't like an extra fee for parking, wifi and breakfast. I was very lucky I was compensated for all of these extra items as a birthday stay!!!
Pros. The location is great as its walking distance from the Galleria. I liked it for what I was looking for. I would have given even better rating as the food choices are very limited and the staff could be more alert...
