Pros. Fella like a boutique hotel, decent sized rooms, nice lobby
Cons. Rooms looked tired. Rooms need an upgrade plus bathrooms need updating. The valet is a nightmare. I have stayed here at least 10 times and the valet is always backed up. They are doing something wrong and need to figure it out. They now have a way for you to text them your car tag number when you want it brought up. Seems to help but still had times where I would show up and the car would not be there. Service is good not great. Love the location and the size of the hotel.
Pros. Nice sized rooms and nice amenities.
Cons. Part of the room needed to be repainted and it looked like someone had plastered liquid all over one of the walls.
Pros. The Hilton Park Cities was very accommodating, friendly and nice. The lobby, pool and room was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back.
Pros. The bed, the pillows, the sheets, the large bathroom, the scallops, the bar & bar service (Mark was great!), the staff (switched me into another room in seconds at 4am bc my previous room was noisy - and gave me complimentary exclusive 10th-floor breakfast! I wasn't even upset about having to change rooms!)
Cons. The valet & overnight garage is way pricey - $24 for the night! Also, where was the Hilton robe?
