Pros. Bed was comfortable, location was perfect, staff was super friendly.
Pros. The bed wasn’t the best. No mattress pad and small pillows.
Cons. The noise was more than a bit bothersome
Pros. I loved the uniqueness of this Hyatt. The architecture of the arcade as the lobby to the small details in the room were gorgeous. It was close to everything downtown and only a 10 minute walk to the Q which is where the concert was at that I was in town for.
Cons. Because it is an older building, it did have a bit of a musty smell and the air circulation in the room was not that great. Also they serve breakfast in the arcade and it is noisy and woke us up in the morning.
Pros. The hotel is located in a great area and is pretty central to a lot of great spots in Cleveland. Very elegent hotel.
Cons. The valet service people seemed really confused about what was going on when I pulled up. At one point during my stay I ordered some room service items and they just never came. The bed I slept in had no sheets on the mattress, which was super weird. I also discovered blood on the mattress. Pretty weird!
Pros. Conveniently located downtown this hotel is one of a kind. The Arcade is very impressive and takes you back in time. Rooms were updated and clean. I would stay there again.
Pros. We stayed in the vip suite and it was nice. Very spacious.
Cons. Furniture and decorations were a little dated. Same with the electronics.
Pros. Beautiful
Cons. Parking
Pros. Very close to downtown attractions in a unique building.
Cons. Very few "extras" provided without cost.
Pros. Great service from the valet and front desk staff. Great location with two main entrances on both sides of the hotel.
Pros. Pleasant and helpful staff.
Cons. Dirty, dirty, dirty...stained carpets, broken tiles, torn upholstery on furniture, moldy shower curtain - GROSS!
