If they have to check my credit record, they should let me know before I pay online. I couldn't rent a car because I used a debit card and failed a credit check. I almost missed my DMV appointment because that, and the rental company refused to give me a refund. Fortunately, I finally got my license plate and didn't need to rent a car again.7.9 Good
