Pros:
Tamecka Dixon was the friendliest and most accommodating agent I have interacted with across ANY car rental platform. She kept her office open for 15 extra minutes as I was running late, even though it was the night before Thanksgiving. Her generosity and flexibility make her an exceptional member of Avis and I am certainly going to rent with Avis once again largely because of the stellar service, coupled with the easy check-in process and lower costs.Cons:
A more secure drop-off process would be preferred. The office is closed on Sundays, so dropping off in they key window did not feel as secure as ideal.2.0 Poor

Pros:
Nothing at all. EVERYTIME there is a problem, with any location. Staff is extremely rude & nasty. Nobody knows what’s going on between branch locations and corporate . This company is so unprofessional and unorganized!Cons:
