Even though Hertz could not fulfill my reservation, they did not erroneously charge me for it.Cons:
I was able to make a reservation to pick up a car at the State College Hertz, but when I showed up, the place was closed and I was instructed to pick up my car at the airport. I called the airport Hertz to confirm this, but no one answered the phone. When I arrived at the Hertz at the airport, there were no cars available, despite being able to reserve one.Avis
