Cons:
They did not honor our reservation and gave the car we reserved away. We had to rent from another location further away for double the price. Staff at facility was rude. Enterprise never called me back when I called for customer service. Terrible.U-Save

That a car was available; apparently this location had been over-booked.Cons:
Customer service! Representative was alone-I respect that, but I would have appreciated him talking me through what he was doing, i. e., how much would be charged to my credit car, expectations, etc. In addition, I waited 20 minutes to return vehicle and I felt he could have accepted the keys and let me go, I hadn’t incurred any issues and tank had been filled up.4.0 Mediocre

Absolutely nothing. This was one of the worst travel experiences of my life.Cons:
The pickup and dropoff points were closed during the times I had booked the car. I had no idea where to drop off the car, there was zero signage, and I am still being charged for the car. No one would pick up the phone, including Hertz's EMERGENCY number. I am disgusted and will never use this company again.2.0 Poor
