Pros. Nothing a very bad treatment and careless for customers then want to take advantage of reservations. I reserved for two people and when I was leaving they tried to charge me for my wife until I found my reservation and show it was made for two people. The rooms are not clean and the rooms do not have hot water until you discover how to handle the faucet in a way you need to spend time move slowly in order to get hot water. When you ask for help in the front desk they treat you as you committed a crime when you are paying for the services the offer and do not accomplish.
