Pros. Ocean and pool is nice
Cons. Poor communication Lots of empty promises Uncomfortable couch bed. My daughter had to sleep on the floor View of a palm tree and not the beach No help trying to extend stay
Pros. Every room is clean I like size of the bedrooms nice view the pool area
Cons. Two different main entrance having to walk a lot layout of the hotel
Pros. Close to a shopping mall. Walkable to a tourist shopping mall
Cons. The food is ok but it takes way too long. sometimes it takes more than 40 mins of wait after ordering.
Pros. awesome room and pools. the beach was the best
Cons. not enough authenticity
Pros. The same staff year after year. So friendly and gorgeous beach and pool! Location is great and love having washer and dryer in the room. We have already booked our return!
Cons. Loved it all!
Pros. An amazing resort to relax and enjoy the beach, swim in the sea or the many swimming pools.
Pros. Liked/Loved: -Friendly Staff. Always willing to help. Always a friendly hello and smile. Sure, on occasion, there was a communication gap because I was in a foreign country and did not speak the local language. The staff was more than patient with me. Thank you! -Accommodation: Awesome! we stayed in the single studio with the kitchenette. Just perfect to eat in if needed (Grills on site). Downtown was "Mega", Walmart, Costco, etc to get groceries. Just south was a grocery store called Soriana in Kulkukan Mall. Great restaurants within walking distance. Great food within the resort. You can find everything you are looking for within walking distance of the resort. La Isla shopping right across the street. Bus stops right in front of the resort. Everyone says to ask for the higher levels. We stayed on the second floor and took the stairs...nice to not have to wait for elevators. -Resort: Activities for all ages. You find your people...playing volleyball, kids club, sports lounge, by the pool, or down on the beach. -International: We met people from all over the word staying at this resort (Russia, England, Paraguay, Spain, Qatar, Canada, USA)
Cons. Disliked: It's Cancun! What is there not to like _______ ? (if you fill in the blank, don't go). Okay, I did not like the ugly drunk Americans.
