Our flight got in later than Budget was open. Even though the rental was scheduled for that day, we came in the next morning, and were able to get our vehicle with no problems. The lady who helped us was funny and kind. The Pacifica was clean and comfortable. Definitely the best fit for our family of 7 adults. Drop off was super quick and painless.

I tried to rent a vehicle for my sister so she would be able to get around for her daughter's wedding in Minneapolis (sister lives in Florida), but there was never any indication that there would be a requirement that I be present in person in Minneapolis to complete the rental transaction. This caused a considerable amount of frustration and undue stress for my sister (and her daughter, who had to provide payment). Either make it so someone else can easily pay for another person when they themselves will not be present, or be more upfront about in-person requirements.

Took about an hour to get a car. In the first one, the lever to pull the seat forward did not work. That was after waiting for 20-25 minutes for a car. The second one did not have a usb port, which I had specified I needed. The third one they would not give me the same class car I had reserved, unless I was to wait another hour or so.

They didn’t even have the rental. They did not honor the reservation and the representative was uncaring and rude. Needless to say I will never do business with them here

1. I was disappointed at Kayak. I've been using for over 10 years. This was the first time when the car rental price quoted ended up not including airport fees etc. It's always been all-inclusive. This 'Qeeq' company quoted prices without fees. 2. I had paid a bit extra for an electric vehicle, but they told me they ran out. 3. Terrible lines to pick up, almost 1.5 hours, even though I had added my driver's license images before. And once I had the reservation, there was no way to add their 'fast track' plan so I could pick it up. 4. After waiting on that line, there was ANOTHER line we had to wait for in order to pick up our car. I've never seen this; they usually give you the key and tell you to either pick up a car, or go to a specific car. And the person who was manning that line was almost intentionally slow-moving, with zero regard to the fact that all of us had waited so long. So I'm disappointed both at Kayak (for the first time) and Budget.

Good satellite pick up location. Airport only option for drop off. There used to be a satellite drop off place closer to our destination, inconvenient.
