This is a budget hotel, but the rooms were large and clean. It is well located just minutes from Bryce Canyon National Park. The breakfast was pretty basic but was fresh and hot. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Pros. NOTHING IT WAS NOT SAFE ITS IN A TRAILER PARK WITH HOMELESS
Cons. CLEANING AND SAFETY
Pros. Cute cabins, a little rustic.
Cons. Location - was a long walk into town
Pros. Location-It was located just 5 miles out of Bryce Canyon.
Cons. Toilet wasn't clean, shower was difficult to work, pool very small, staff wasn't very helpful, laundry was in disrepair and grounds were not attactive. Certainly not a resort!
Pros. Location close to Bryce National Park.
Cons. Motel (NOT a resort) is run down, shabby and out of date. The grounds are overrun with weeds and there is a junk yard and a run down mobile home group behind. We were put in one of their cabins...floor was uneven, toilet broken, phone didn't work, light bulb out in lamp, curtains shabby. The cabin was very dated, depressing, uncomfortable, and not worth the $212/night we were charged. We felt we were ripped off by this facility and were scammed by a deceiving web site and the pressure to book lodging here because of close location to Bryce. We remain upset with the time we spent here, the money we were charged, and the feeling of being taken advantage of.
Pros. The staff were extremely welcoming and kind. Attached to the only restaurant open till 11pm for late check ins like us. Delicious food, can be a tad expensive, but again, delicious. Room was comfy and homey.
Cons. I would understand being charged for lodging if I didn't show up, but I would venture a bet that my room was rented out again after I gave 3 days' notice. If the hotel was able to rebook my room it seems only fair that I wouldn't have to pay for the stay I didn't make. That's how I do it at my place of business.
Pros. Great customer service, clean, cheap, convenient location
Cons. Nothing
Pros. Spacious
Pros. Location was close to the Canyons
Cons. They should be ashamed of themselves to hold themselves out as a resort, truly deceptive advertising. Pretty mush like a joke from a Chevy Chase movie. It was a run down joke
