Would not rent me the car as I didn’t have two form of proof of address for the address listed on my drivers license (I did have them for my rental address where I live). Only solution offered was to pay them a c. £200 up front fee as a waiver.

I never received my car reservation, it's the only company that rents a vehicle with a pico y placa and wants to charge you more money than paid in the reservation, it's a scam.

Terrible! I rented a Van with you for 7 tall guys… deliberately to avoid risks. We were given a car we did not fit in…. Honestly, this should not be possible in particular as I trust Kayak when I book…. 0 out of 10!

I will never rent from this company again. They get you in the fine print with their insane insurance requirements, forcing you to purchase their coverage which is 3x the cost of the rental. They are also poorly located about 20 min from the rental car terminal at the airport. When they drop you off, they do not take you to the departures terminal, so you have to take another team.

Not a good experience. Office was closed in the middle of the day when we went to pick up the car. The car was not well maintained (radio did not work, maintenance lights on, low tire pressure light on etc.). Unexpected fees were also added on by the company quadrupling the cost of the rental. Do not recommend.

They were not open when we went to pick up car and then canceled our reservation so we couldn't get a car when they returned in the morning.

The car worked well and was good on gas. Pick up was complicated for no reason as well as poorly explained and drop off was also full of issues as well with incompetent staff.

Si la señorita del counter extremadamente atenta, el señor un venezolano que me entrego el carro muy descortés le pedi un favor y me dijo que ya se tenia que ir y no podia. La persona que me recibió el carro muy servicial, hasta subio a partidas a recibirme el carro.

There was no one at their boot in the airport at the appointment time , after calling a few times they told that they will be there in 5 minutes… after 10 minutes I called again and they told me that in 15-20 minutes they will be able to assist , so I called again in 20 minutes just to be delayed again! I ended up without taking the car

I didn’t get to rent a car at all. The agency has sold out without ever letting me know. So I arrived at the airport hoping to rent a car but was told there were none and there was nothing they could do. Will not use again

After confirming the reservation and taking the money they just said "no cars available" at the moment of the pick up! no one showed up in the kiosk, was just a banner with a contact number; I was traveling with a kids and they just didn't care!

rental was 300 but insurance was 700 + tolls were 200 those huge extra costs were nowhere to be found on kayak. on the website, insurance was 260 and the only reason why we did not buy it online (together with the car rental) is that terms were not clear, and we intended to discuss them in person. big mistake: since they charged us almost 3 times as much for insurance! And tolls? they wanted to charge us 25 dollars (plus the cost of the actual tolls, obviously) for every time we would take a toll road... that's crazy! basically we were forced to purchase "unlimited tolls" for 200 dollars, something never heard of. Besides the extortion, we had to wait well over 1 hour at the car pickup before victorycar empoyee picked us up. And they knew we had been standing there since second 1, because they immediately replied to out whatsapp messages. The car was fine, but the overall experience was bad.

Lot of restrictions can’t go out of Dallas , the cars are old , check Engine lights are on . 80k miles on the car . Have to wash and clean the car before giving back . And they denied cc for car cwd even I have the cc as primary .
