Clean, comfortable, near where I needed to be for an unexpected stay. But even the Kayak found price feels over. (Tho decent enough for area I suppose) rooms feel half cheap motel. First room had super rattling HVAC, a nice concierge moved me right away. 2nd room was quieter but HVAC hard to control. Had a nicer-ish view but faced some kind of utility shed with a bright light on all night—and room had no black out curtains. Just flimsy shade. I didn’t need Breakfast there thankfully as it is pitiful. Wish coffee had been actual coffee though. For l what I was here for just fine but wouldn’t be a future destination choice.
Pros. Overall the staff was very friendly and helpful
Cons. I was locked out of my room several times for keys not working
Pros. Excellent, convenient location Friendly staff Clean room
Cons. Overpriced breakfast Expensive daily parking Manager's reception didn't have enough food
Pros. The front desk representatives were uniformly helpful and kind. Whenever we needed something, they were on it immediately and were very friendly about it. I had a great experience with them!
Cons. The bathroom drain was broken when we got there, but they got it fixed immediately, so that was good. I wish the parking were cheaper!
Pros. Everything was perfect!
Cons. The breakfast was HORRIBLE especially for the price they charge.
