When we picked up the car it was dirty, we had to wash windows and vacuum. We had to put 1 1/2 quarts of oil into it and put in window washing fluid. The cameras on the vehicle do not work well - we encountered a bad rainstorm, and the vehicle could not keep the lane distances while on cruise control. I feel I paid ALOT of money for a mediocre experience (I was traveling to my MIL's funeral) so all in all NOT happy with the amount charged ($755.07) will not be booking here again. Wish I could get a refund.

I called ahead to see if I could get a partial refund if I brought it back a day early. They were unable to tell me whether or not they could. I took a chance and brought it back early and the desk person was able to give me a refund. Otherwise, I would have just kept it for the extra day. This is something that needs to be spelled out clearly for all renters as it would have saved me some frustration. However, I was thankful that I got a credit, and the desk personnel both at pick up and drop off were professional and friendly and the car itself was very satisfactory.

The BEST was the turn-in experience with Jackson and Israel. They're truly customer-oriented and want to help people get on their way after turning in their cars - OUTSTANDING customer service! Not so great was that, when the vehicle sat in the sun/warmed up, there was a body odor smell in the upholstery. It was okay early mornings from the garage but always came out when parked in a carpark or driving in the sun. Needs shampooing or something.

They did not have the car I reserved or anything even in the same class. This is borderline false advertising. Not happy.
