Cons:We rented a Chrysler Pacifica for Two weeks in Hawaii. The air conditioner worked intermittently which was very inconvenient when traveling with a family of six.

Even though the vehicle was a 2023 model it felt and drove like it was 10 years old. It was just not a comfortable vehicle.

Pros:Friendly, quick pick-up/drop off
Cons:First car smelled bad and I had to switch. I also was upgraded to car but that car (jeep wrangler) had no charger for cell phone or bluetooth. So it was a nicer car but with less amenities.

The air conditioning in the car did not work. Which is a problem in Hawaii. Especially annoying after paying for “luxury” car.

Cons:Better staffing. Had to wait 45 min in line when picking up the car. On top of the wait staff was less than friendly. Made me question why i did not choose Budget or Hertz. Prices are a bit misleading too. Booked a car for 359 dollars... Ended up paying 600 once i drove away
