Desk and parking lot staff were excellent - fast and efficient. Avis rental price for our van was unbelievably low. Airport pick up and drop off was easy and convenient.

My 2nd time using them. I'm a foreigner from the USA. I get picked up from the airport and also dropped off at the airport. I like them because while I'm traveling they pay for all the tolls while others I've used do not.

They ran out of cars and could not honor reservations and also stated other companies were out of cars - which was incorrect.

They called me morning of and said they had no cars. They offered me no work around to get the deal that I had reserved anywhere else. Instead of my rental costing $140 I had to get one day of somewhere else that cost $800.
