They do not open until 9:00AM. My flight was cancelled at 5:00AM. It is ridiculous that no cars were available to rent until 9:00AM.

I canceled the reservation because they make us pay for the car insurance. I wanted to use my credit card in case of accidents but they make it mandatory to pay for their insurance. It happened in the past.

Pickup and dropoff were easy. The employees didn’t try to foist any unwanted extras on me. The car was clean and reliable. And there were no hidden fees!

The staff was helpful and the facility was efficient. The key was not in my first car they assigned so I had to go back and find someone to help me. James helped me quickly and took care of me. He was great.
