Vehicle had engine problems. Roadside assistance didn’t answer phone and took almost 3 hours to call back. Not acceptable for a customer in distress in Italy.

The pick up was very slow and painful. There was not enough urgency or staff at Miami airport. What staff were there were too interested in saying hello to each other and not being keen to deal with the queue. The drop off was fast but we were sure or clear what the process was
