Great location for those who have a short stayover and need some rest. Highly recommended hotel.
Pros. The bed was really comfortable, room was quiet and modern. Really happy with the convenience of the location.
Cons. The shower was a bad design. It had a metal drain cover that was loud when the water hit it, and a separate "window" shade was required for privacy when using it.
Pros. Check-in process was great, Platinum breakfast benefit was recognised, free upgraded to Executive room, drink vouchers can be used on delicious mocktails in the bar, free bottled water in the room.
Cons. No in-room welcome amenity - I rang and asked for this, and was told that it would get brought up, but it never did. Also got told at breakfast in the morning that we would have the breakfast rate charged to our room - and I had to remind them that this was complimentary as a Platinum member.
Pros. A very well run operation. Staff excellent , F & B first class.

Pros. Efficient, pleasant, friendly, helpful staff. Directly across from airport - checks jus 2 minutes walk away, despite the airport the hotel was quiet.

Pros. Location! I just walked 50 feet from the international terminal and I was there. Nice too that the public bus stop is right there too.
Cons. Pricey! I believe that the pricd was more than any others near ghd airport. I was traveling solo and getting in late do opted for this Novotel.
Pros. We love this place as it is right at the airport and there aren't any other hotels that are right there. There is drop off parking at the hotel but you will have to arrange long term parking through them or directly with the Auckland airport.
Cons. My only real gripe is that we didn't manage to get any deals that they offer as they seemed to finish early. We found a cheaper rate and the website of the hotel mentioned that they will offer a cheaper rate. We phoned the hotel but they wouldn't do this. We ended up booking it through the ZenHotels website. We did have an issue with the payment of the room but using the ZenHotels Android app we made a call to them and it was sorted.
