Cons. The hotel over charged me the initial amount by 20.00 then proceeded to charge me the full wrong amount 3 times and tried blaming it on booking.com. They have refused to refund my money and ruined my mini vacation for my birthday. The hotel manager and front desk staff were very rude and refused to let me speak to the hotel manager. The shower drain was clogged, the walls had black mold on them and because of the over charging i was unable to stay at another hotel.
