The location is great. Right across the street from Pemberton place with the aquarium and Coca Cola world. Nice continental breakfast with warm and cold items and courteous staff. Only downside was the AC/heat system was kind of loud for the room. Also could be cramped for four or more people
Pros. Breakfast was great! The staff was very helpful!
Cons. I wish the valet parking was cheaper. $29 per night was too expensive.
Pros. The breakfast was excellent
Cons. Coffee and fountain drinks should be available anytime with out pay at least coffee
Pros. Breakfast options where good, but avoid the fruit. The fruit doesnt always seem fresh. As a matter of fact I wasnt going to mention anything about it until I tried the pineapple and it tasted like fish. What a weird surprise! Otherwise the hotel is great.
Cons. Everything was fine. Dont eat the pineapple, it tasted like fish, but dont let that discourage you to stay here. Great location, friendly and responsive staff.
Pros. Lovely facility, brand new in January 2019
Cons. PArking valet sucked. Took 30+ minutes to get my car at 0800. Only one valet on duty, and he had no worries/no hurries.
Pros. Very clean and close to everything we were visiting. Every staff member we interacted with was really pleasant. Having Netflix available to sign into through the TV was very helpful in keeping the little ones entertained during down times.
Cons. Room type was not what was described for what we booked. Unlike other room descriptions, it mentioned 1 bedroom but the whole unit was still a big studio without a sectioned off room. We paid more thinking it would be seperate so we would have a quiet space to put our infant to bed.
