Pros. Proximity to Amtrak Train Station & Arts Center Marta Station, cleanliness, friendly staff
Cons. Being place in a room near the street towards the hotel’s entry and parking. I arrived in the evening so traffic on peachtree Dr wasn’t to bad
Pros. I loved the area and the parking was free!
Cons. I did not like the fact that my guest could not park in the parking lot. That was very inconvenient.
Pros. Hotel is being renovated and looks like it will be very nice soon. Our room was perfect for a one night stay. Comfy beds. Hotel was nice to let us check out late.
Pros. Great location, nice staff. They are clearly making an effort to overhaul the place,
Cons. I couldn't get past the room smellinglof cigarettes. Booked six nights. Checked out after one. i was put in the wheelchair accessible room so I give them props for having those accommodating, it has been decades es since I've known a hotel to permit smoking.
Pros. Nothing!
Cons. To start my bedding was ripped and stained. I had no hot water for my entire stay. My room was on the 3rd floor. Staff told me to use the elevator which had out of order signs on it. Upon exiting the elevator I noticed that it does not come all the way down to the next floor. There is at least a 2 foot step. I could not get an iron. The coffee maker had no filters and it was overall just grimy. I was supposed to stay for 2 days. It was so nasty I just left that morning.
Pros. The location is great and very convenient.
Cons. Not only did we have to change rooms twice due to bugs and mold/bacteria, we also found out that a room with two queen beds was considered at max occupancy of 1 person, so for the 3 others in the room, we were charged $10 per person per night, so in total it cost us an extra $120 on top of the $240 we already paid.
