Pros. Short 10 min walk to parking shuttle for Disney tram. Water in shower was hot and there was good pressure from the shower head. Covered parking available.
Cons. Pool is tiny, toilet flooded and they never cleaned the floor after. Beds are lumpy and so are the pillows. Elevator smells like pirates of the Caribbean. Breakfast is Cheerios or Raisin Bran and you have to ask for milk. Then you get the stink eye from employees. Plus there is no eating area for breakfast so we had to take all the food up to our room which earned us further stink eye. Broken overhead light, tub drain, and loose table top. Furniture was at least 40 years old. Refrigerator was not cold. We just spent as little time as possible in our room.
Pros. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating, well done. Quick and easy service. Pleasant environment especially near Disneyland, and nightly fireworks show visible from the window!
Cons. Parking lot was small but we faced no issues with it.
Pros. Had a great view of the fireworks show from Disneyland.
Cons. A bit difficult to find from the road. We walked in to find some roaches near the fridge that was well not the coolest even after turning it down. The towels… bring your own they fell like sandpaper hand towels. The beds are hard and the linens thin.
Pros. Honestly, there were only one positive, and that was location. It's only a short walk to Disney, to Walmart, to numerous restaurants...the only time we had to get a ride via bus/Lyft/taxi was when we were traveling to the next town over.
Cons. FALSE ADVERTISING. Online it says they provide free breakfast, but they DON'T. I went downstairs to ask what the breakfast was and they just offered me one of their muffins that they were eating. Thanks but no thanks. Not only that, but it was not clean. It wasn't outright filthy, but the carpet felt nasty and the towels smelled like dirt. Unless you like hard surfaces to sleep on, you're going to wake up with back pain every morning. At least I did.
Pros. The location is perfect. Walkable distance to the disney tram.
Cons. - There's no coffee maker. Staff was friendly and lent us a water boiler to use. - Breakfast is below average. - Internet is weak. - Not very clean.
Pros. I have stayed here many times with my family because the value cant be beaten. The proximity to disneyland the ease of travel to the park, and the comfort of the bed when we go to sleep. It is more than what you pay for, it is what you hope to get from a value price hotel.
Cons. Yes, the place does look a little cheap, and rooms alao look old. But, for the price, and the location i still feel it is an incredible value, and look forward to our next trip.
Pros. Great location, great price.
Cons. The Disneyland fireworks actually shook the building. I'm not sure what color the toilet was supposed to be but the slight pink tone gave it character.
Pros. This is my second stay here in two months. The first time I had a couple concerns about coming back. But, those issues were fixed now. For the price this location can't be beaten. I had reservations at another hotel here but, I will be changing them tostay here instead.
Cons. I found nothing to complain about. At this price point you don't expect 5 star accommodations. What you get is beyond the normal for this price. If I had to nit pick something, I would say that the bathroom door locks accidentally when the door is closed. Which is a problem if there is no one in there.
Pros. The location was amazing, we were at the Disneyland parking structure in less than one min, no exaggeration. The room was clean and spacious considering we travel with a three year old and his big stroller. The beds were comfortable, which I didn't expect with this price point. I would actually stay here again.
Cons. I rated this location only two stars because the two problems that I had I feel were major ones. First when I checked in, with the manager of all people. I had to call him over since he was in a back room playing on a computer, I know this because I could see him. Not a big deal just a tiny annoyance. The problem was that I had introduced myself and told him I had a reservation, he checked the computer at the desk, gave me my key, and that was it. I am a little disturbed by the fact that he didn't ask for my id or to check my credit card. I thought that was the first rule. Then my biggest problem was the shower. The pressure was fine, but the floor of the shower was extremely slippery. Every time I took a shower I felt like I was going to fall, which is very scary thought. I would recommend this location as long as you are aware of these short comings. I would also stay here again, as long as I make sure to check my credit card statement, and bring my own shower mat.
Pros. Bed was clean and acceptable.
Cons. VERY dark and dingy. Old and rundown. Poorly patched walls. Disgusting light switches. Poor shower head. Waffles were rubbery and tasteless.
