No parking spots for the rental cars. You have to find parking on the street which is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO DO. I had to park 1/2 a mile away from the drop off

I was scheduled to pick up the car at 11:00 AM, but I arrived at 11:45 AM. Even though I was a little late, the car was still not ready. I was told that because I didn't arrive at 11:00 AM, they hadn't prepared the car. One employee kindly helped by vacuuming it, but the car was not washed. It seemed like the staff were rushing because the location was about to close around 12:00 PM. However, customers who arrive before closing time should still receive the same level of service. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience and expected better customer service.
