Absolutely terrible experience. Reserved the car, checked in for the car, get to the counter, NO CAR. Had to scramble for another company. Ended up with a worse car for more money. Alamo was worthless.

Was just a flawless experience at the Phoenix sky Harbor location using Alamo skip the counter service save me so much time I went straight to the garage picked up my vehicle from the aisle and was on the road under 10 minutes. The car I rented was spotless and drove perfectly and return process was just as fast 10 out of 10.

Pickup at Alamo Burbank was so efficient. Everyone was friendly and helpful; from the checkout desk to the car selection. Then at Alamo Fresno, the return process when perfectly thanks to Cameron. Thank you!

I did not receive this rental and was still charged for the insurance. Bad experience overall. I called the day before asked if I could use my debit card and to clarify insurance. Was told yes. I could use my navy federal card for this. Arrived- could not use it. Wasted my whole morning and had to take my personal vehicle. Then had to perform multiple services to my car for the trip and had to replace two perfectly good tires when I returned because of road conditions. Cost me and I STILL have not received a refund for insurance I never got. Scam.
