Awful. Flight was continuously getting delayed and gates kept changing without any reason. Flight was delayed for more then 3 hours

5-hour delay due to storms in Tanoa and airspace restricted by Miami traffic controllers.

I would fly again the whole experience was great. The only feed back I can give that they don't do that American Airlines does is the crew there is more humorous with boarding and thank their passengers. It makes it more fun to fly with them. I would however fly Delta again.

Horrible. This was not first class. This was a connecting flight whi h was late. My original flight never came. I hated the fact that delta gave me a connecting flight from New York to Orlando Florida. No meals and the television screens were not working. There wasn't even any power to charge your phones. This is NOT FIRST CLASS DELTA!!! Do better next time!

They did a fine job. Can't wait to use Delta in the future.

public website still broken for years randomly blocking browsers with privacy options active after loading a page maybe once. check-in on laptop was almost impossible but eventually randomly worked. had to print pass at airport since couldn't get back in to load digital pass on mobile firefox or chrome. red eye flight so smooth onboarding, plenty of room to spread out, easy offboarding. onboard wifi instructions mention vpn can cause problems connecting but fails to also mention private dns. no printed or built in menu list, seems weird to require personal device to point at qr code link for menu which does not even allow direct ordering. people with health condition risk related dietary restrictions trying to avoid for example cholesterol and sugar are left guessing what they can order either way without nutritional info highlights (cranberry juice was minute maid cocktail with as much suger as typical can of soda). tap to pay wasn't working and always seems sketchy to manually enter card info. good movie variety, so limited tv was okay.

Boarding super slow with people allowed to linger in aisles

The flight and boarding were easy peasy. I was traveling with my 4-year-old, so a smooth boarding experience was especially appreciated. My only piece of feedback is really about where our gate was in O'Hare. They've shoved four gates into a tiny corner of the B terminal and there isn't early enough room or seating for everyone. Not United's problem, but did dent the overall experience.

Dinner was okay but the breakfast was not eatable on the flight San Francisco to Zurich.

There was no screens on board AND the WiFi didn’t work. My seat was broken and couldn’t recline so I couldn’t even sleep. The flight attendants didn’t offer anything to make it more comfortable. It was such an old cramped plane, when the person in front of me reclined I couldn’t even open my tray table. All the United ads talk about guaranteeing everyone gets a screen!

First flight of the day… MINIMUM FUEL! 15 minute landing delay at HOU due to fog turned into a 2+ hour delay! Rather than circle, they had to divert to another city to refuel! Sat on tarmac at Austin to refuel. We ALL missed our connections! The crew, including pilots, were clueless. Crew was really a mess. At HOU, Untied employees were exceedingly rude to all. It was pitiful.

There was a group of school age passengers that were very loud and unruly with their chaperones were no where to be found.

I liked everything about the flight. The service was excellent!

Delayed a day due to snow storm. Was upgraded. That kind of made up for significant delays from FLL to COS with no compensation or acknowledgement.

The crew were really great, but the 4 hour delay in small chunks was the worst.

The plane boarded and deplaned twice before the crew timed out. Flight was 7 hours late departing. Horrible experience!

28 hour delay at Fort Worth/Dallas airport, part due to weather which was unavoidable, but various other reasons - no pilot, no fa, mechanical problem, plane too small, too big, crew out of flying time, seat configuration problems.... endless and hourly updates with a different excuse. Finally told us about 3.00 am, that the flight was delayed to hours later.

LIT to DFW - 3 hours late; the entire plane had been boarded before they told us there was a delay due to a weather-related ground stop in Dallas. DFW to MAY - 2+ hours late due to A/C needing to be repaired after everyone had boarded, then when we finally reach the runway, the First Officer timed out and we had to taxi all the way back to the gate and wait for a new one. I arrived in New Orleans 5+ hours later than I should have. Return flights were completely cancelled; rebooked through the app to fly through CLT instead of DFW. MSY to CLT had no issues, but CLT to LIT was delayed 1.25 hrs because flight attendants had not arrived to the airport yet. At least they didn’t make us all sit on the plane to wait for them. I should have driven.

Use planes with TVs on flights over 4 hours. The free entertainment was a cheap in between solution for a very long flight that you don't even bother providing meals or decent snacks.

Flight was cancelled had to move to another gate late again no internet paid for the month and never can use it waste of money

Flight delayed over an over all day until it cancelled at 1:30am. Would not repeatedly delay that late. Offer hotel rooms and rebook early. Very difficult for families with small children

It was a good flight. Of course it was full, but it went well.

We sat on the plane for 1 hour because the airline was short handed could not be unloading.

We are gluten free, there were not any available complimentary gluten free options.

Nice aircraft. Plane was PACKED full and distance between seats was tight. Had it been more than a two hour flight it would not have been tolerable. I had much more knee space on the JetBlue flight I went out on.

Flight delayed 3 times. We were directed to go to a gate across from our gate. The plane wasn't there yet so we had to wait for it to arrive, then deplane everyone and then wait again for the plane to be cleaned. After 45 minuites we were allowed on the plane. The first plane had mechanical issues. The 2nd plane must have had bathroom issues because we did not have any food service whatsoever. No snack or beverage. That made for a long time not to have anything considering that we had just made it to the original gate and we had no time to stop to get food or a drink. Then we didn't want to leave the gate to get food because we wouldn't know how much longer the delay would be. Then the next gate change. Had we been told that the total time would have been aprox 45 min later we would have left to get food and a beverage. We had to wait again for the okay to the pilot to take off so we were on the runway for another 20 min. Overall, we were delayed over 2 hours which felt like 4 hours.

EVERYTHING WAS WONDERFUL HOSPITALITY THE HELP.THE SEATING FRIENDLY ALWAYS HAVE A GOOD RIDE NOT ONE BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM

Flight expected to leave at 6:40 pm ended leaving at 8:00 am the following day. I slept in a cold airport. Never again Spirit for me…

My flight was cancelled!!! I had to spend 200.00 on another flight!!

Horrible. Delays, no customer support and fake promises and everything. i am suffering to help as due to connecting flight getting missed no support on ground and customer support window is closed and we are sitting o ground without anything

Everything was really good but the seats are not very comfortable.

The guy with severe body odor sat next to me. For the whole duration of the flight it was a torture. The airline should have better policy on limiting people with bad body odor to board the flight. Passengers should not be the ones to endure bad odor for the whole duration of the flight. The airline should be e the one to ensure decent air quality for ever passenger.

Spirit canceled the flight in March and never notified me!

Spirit airline tries to screw you at every opportunity. Spirit wanted 65$ for an extra pound in the suitcase Made me open the suitcase at the counter to remove 1 pound. Staff very cold and rude Will never fly spirit again and will recommend same to family and friends

I am very disappointed. I booked with kiwi when I got to the airport there was no reservation I had to purchase another ticket after my card was already charged for almost double the cost I payed through kiwi eight days after I went to their office in Tortola and they refuse to give me a receipt so that I can cancel the original payment. They said “ there is no record that you used silver to travel “ I know I did not swim to Puerto Rico . If someone can help me please so that I can cancel the payment the credit card company said I need it, I have less than 14 days or I will loose my money. This is terrible and there is no local number for them.

I booked because of time of the flights. I needed to be at my destination at a specific time, and missed my appointment because of your delays.Get rid of these junk planes. The ATR planes are dated old scary planes. And maybe you could actually be on time. This airlines on time record is horrible. The communications between the gate agents and this company dont exist.. They couldn't give any answers,. When trying to find out when the flight would leave, they get no response when they asked for details on flights, they receivedconflicting information. I felt bad for the gate agents having to deal with Silver's inability to communicate simple information. This is my last choice in air travel. On time flights are everywhere, and both flights I took were delayed. It's a sad company.

If you take this airline, they WILL change the flight time, and make you miss your connection. It has happened every time I used it. It's so unreliable that I think it shouldn't be offered on Kayak. You will regret it!

In addition to the fact that Silver changed the flight time several days before the trip without offering any choices , I was sick with Covid and unable to go on the trip. I tried to ask Silver for a credit for a flight when I’d recooperated but they don’t do credits, even for illness. I will Never fly on Silver again

I canceled due to a 7 hour delay. Was forced to book another airline last minute , very expensive. Silver Aorways sucks

I spent hours with orbitz to get my tsa # on my ticket. They didn’t have a place to enter. I will never use orbitz again. No customer service. A number in which u press offered options and the message replays instead of getting customer to that area. Silver did not make the promised call back. Finally someone responded to my email and took care of it after I lost hours of my vacation arranging this. Staff on flight barked orders.

Our pilot and flight attendant, Desiree, were great. I always fly this route and this crew was better than most.
