2 names: Uliana y Mya! These ladies went above and beyond to provide the best care and experience onboard Alaska Airlines. Mya was such a a pleasant delight. She was very kind and attentive to my children. When she noticed my son was waiting to use the restroom, she offered him snacks. Uliana-golden standard of customer service with care. She was attentive from the moment I came onboard to the time we departed. She paid extra attention to notice I spilled water while stepping onboard and offered me a napkin. I didn't even notice that I spilled my water. She also was very kind and nurturing to my youngest child whose feet were in the aisle while she was asleep. She took note to gently place her feet safely and carefully in the aisle so not to wake her but also prevent a passenger from accidentally bumping into her. She checked on us multiple times to ensure we were comfortable, especially our young children and surprised them with special Alaska Airlines wings. That very kind gesture made them feel apart and very special. They even went up to her as we were departing to give her a hug and fist bump. It's the smallest gestures and acts of kindness that mean a great. Thus, my family wanted to use this opportunity to thank the entire crew and particularly shout out Mya and Ulina. We are happy to be loyal customers and look forward to our future flight with Alaska Alirlines.

Better organizing of entry and exit onto the plane regarding all of the baggage people haul on. There should be a better system so those with no baggage can get in and out more quickly. The baggage haul-on situation is absurd.

Bad. Flight was delayed over 2 hours and the plane was sitting on the tarmac the entire time. We received no explanation for why the flight was delayed.

Text and wifi were paywalled. I'm not looking for something fast, but not getting a text for ride coordination until back at the gate was a pain.

The flight was delayed by several hours at the airport and then again after we boarded the plane.

I like Alaska Air fine. Great crew. Late departure still arrived on time.

The worker @ security threw my Beach Stones in the garbage. On the plane, staff was helpful & nice.

On the way back the isle seemed more narrow. Kept bumping into people's arms and smaller seats.

I appreciated the check-in at SEATAC - a knowledgeable person was available. I found it easy to ask questions as I went along. I hadn't been at SEATAC for a year and was not that familiar. Parking was fine at Sacramento

Boarding - It is unclear where the line for the group are given the signs. A solution would be a diagonal arrow pointing to the lane in which the lane for boarding of a given zone should form. As it is now, you are guessing which side of the pole the "zone 3" sign is telling you to form the line. Inflight Entertainment - The Spanish subtitles function didn't work for movie watching (in fact, all subtitles didn't work), so was difficult to follow along and I watched the movie in silence without words.

Business class was economy with a table in the middle seat. That is worse than economy. No food and no entertainment. Very poor representation.

Newer plane with large seats. No meal, but snacks were plentiful. Inflight entertainment was good but movies were dated.

I like the plane , but i was 50 mts before my fly and they didn’t let me document my luggage, so they told my that I have to leave my luggage or buy an others tickets , because they didn’t want me to give me credit for the tickets I have so that is abuse from the company , and on the line it was 5 families with the same situation equal lime mine , I think they doing business with the tickets w people ,; Mexico has a bad working people, the rip money from turists, and is bad because give bad impression of the company that is aereomexico

No everybody brings the proper equipment to enjoy the plane entertainment. Then I was not able to enjoy it.

We were sitting on the plane for half an hour before we arrived at the gate after landing. We had to wait half an hour to collect our luggage.

Both flights yesterday, experienced hard landings. Harder than I’ve ever felt before. Im hopeful there was weather involved and not pilot error. Other than the landing, the flight was quite good~

The flight was 90 minutes long and the stewardesses were extremely slow. I was in row 16 and they did not serve us drinks until we were descending for landing in a 90 minute flight. Unacceptably slow and at least 10 rows (20 to 31) did not receive any drinks or snacks for the entire duration of the flight because of the slowness of the stewardesses. There is no rationale to delay beverage service to brew coffee for a flight at six p m.

Those seats were way too narrow. I had the middle seat, one person was a very skinny person and we still couldn’t avoid touching each other anytime one of us moved. The other person was larger and we were basically sitting in each others lap the entire flight. There was zero entertainment. The flight was long enough to justify tvs, but no. Gotta sit there in your infant seat and twiddle your thumbs.

After my luggage was grabbed by another passenger, by accident, I chose to speak with the American Airlines staff within the airport. Not only was the customer support staff uninformed but also very argumentative, making this situation harder to deal with. I was only able to finally retrieve my luggage thanks to the passenger who took it contacting me due to the tags on the luggage. All of this was happening during another 2 hour delay and 3 gate changes. Horrible airline with disgusting, on the ground, customer support staff.

The experience with American Airlines was terrible from beginning to end. Flight 1210 from Cancun to Charlotte was delayed three times. AA customer service at the CUN airport could not provide information on why or how to accommodate me if I missed my connecting flight at CLT due to the delays. Upon arrival to CLT, de-boarding the plane was a horrible experience. You all should have allowed passengers with departing connecting flights within the hour, to get off the plane first! It caused so many passengers to lose valuable time waiting to get off the plane, and then the long lines in customs! American Airlines knew passengers had to make connecting flights and still chose not to hold the plane? I missed Flight 2758 from CLT to DCA for that reason. Waiting three more hours for the next - Flight 1269 from CLT to DCA. Once again another delay at the last possible minute before boarding due to the plane going out of service/maintenance. Once the new plane boarded, we sat on the tarmac for 40min. I did not arrive to DCA until 12:33am. I spent over 12hours at the airport and I plan to never fly American Airlines again.

Having issues traveling with AA for last two years, became a huge gamble

Flight was on time and luggage arrived undamaged. My main complaints revolve around comfort. The seats were very uncomfortable. We were unable to sleep as a result. The entertainment offerings were all on the wifi. Who wants to watch a movie on their phone? The flight staff did the best they could with what they had to offer, which was just little snacks and soda, etc. My Delta flight was a much better experience in contrast.

The flight from Guadalajara to Dallas had mechanical issues, and was delayed every half hour for 4 hours until we were told to rebook. As it was during the busy holiday break, most flights were fully booked and travel that day was unavailable. The only saving grace for American Airlines was their ticketing staff that maintained their composure and did their best to accommodate all the disappointed and frustrated passengers.

Delayed 6 hours! finally able to board, then had to wait 45 minutes for the plane to fill up. Mid flight when food service started, they had nothing to offer with the exception of chips and cookies. Worst flight ever!

The priority seat are great especially the first row! Crew was very cordial and helpful, airplane efficient, the departure and arrival was on time.

Ridiculous fees for seats and restrictions of 10kg carry on. Cheap a$$ airline

I had a flight before this one and I was able to get to the plane, the doors were open and they didn’t let me in. It was still 15 min before departure and the plane was there with the doors open and the hall as well and I went all the way there and they didn’t let me in. Then they tried selling me another flight 4 times more expensive than what the original cost and with a 7 hour layover in a different state when my flight was direct and cheaper. Very disappointed, specially with their 0 flexibility when it comes to travelers with multiple connections.

They not allowed to bord flight, arguing that was cancelled the flight reservation. No chance to find and explain answers, very bad treated by Airline staff… At the end we buying a flight ticket with Aeromexico. Is a low Price Flight Company (cheap), as it is cheap treatment for customers… seme with Kiwi .com app. With we did our reservation. with KAYAK.com never get this kind of treatment.

Buen servicio y muy puntual El problema ENORME es pagar por la página de Viva Aerobús lo cual es imposible aún con fondos suficientes en la tarjeta. Eso te obliga a acudir al callcenter de la aerolínea, en donde para que te atiendan transcurren 45 minutos, y ya que se tiene la suerte de comenzar la llamada, te toma otros 60 minutos terminar el proceso de pago de los tickets o de la maleta extra que deseas comprar.

It is ridiculous that electronic checkin for under age kids can be done and need to be done over the counter. Having said so, we were requested to do the single line for this as if we never did any checkin or made services for this to happen fast. Just ridiculous. Flight delayed as it is the regular business for this airline.

an absolute joke. couldn’t even board because they sold our tickets out from underneath us. we had tickets in hand with assigned seats and they still denied boarding at the gate. i’m sure you guys won’t follow up or do anything so merry christmas.

Overall good flight. The flight attendants were annoying and unfriendly. They would ask me to grab someone else’s trash can just waiting until the person woke up or after the flight is done. It’s not my job to pick up someone else’s trash. Especially when it’s not easily reachable.

The WiFi tv wasn’t working. The flight was over sold and moved several times. The gate assignment appeared on the screens right as we were supposed to board. Because of the flight being over sold we were almost stuck in Cancun for a couple of a days. The flight attendants were unfriendly and would wake you up to pick up other people’s trash.

The reason we chose Volaris to fly from LAX to Mazatlan, Mexico was because of the DATES and TIMES for the NON-STOP flights. When those flights got Totally Changed that was UNACCEPTABLE ! ! ! Also, when my husband Died unexpectedly, the Only statement that Customer Service kept repeating was "they would only offer Credit on a future flight". REALLY?! Volaris was only going to offer CREDIT on another flight to a DEAD PERSON ! ! !

Overall good but we had a minor scare when a wind shear caused the plane to re take off on the first landing attempt. The crew handled it well and we landed safely on the second attempt

It was unfortunate that I paid more than $120 one way to carry on my luggage to only have to have them checked baggage. We board the flight and there’s a lot of overhead space. They checked our bags in Group 2 but Group 3 was able to board with their luggage. I would not fly Volaris again. The flight attendance on the plane was very nice but the employees at the gate prior to boarding was very rude.

For the price, you pretty much can't beat this airlines. As far as comfort, you could do a lot better, but it'll cost you. Over all cheapest way to get from point A to point B.

Inept company. Won't fly again with them if I can help it. Plane was the wrong size and they couldn't board 20 people.

It was horrible, our flight back was overbooked and had to take a flight 12hours later in the day but to LAX. Volaris is horrible.
